I guess most of you reading this blog will answer a resounding yes to the above question – otherwise why would you find yourself reading a page dedicated to all things cross country? But there are lots of people out there for whom the words “cross country” still strike terror into the hearts, reminding them of sadistic games teachers who sent them off into the frozen wilderness while they stayed in their warm office drinking cups of tea. Reminding them of coming back to school covered from head to toe in stinking mud and then having to endure the horror of the communal showers.
